Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated technical expert to join our Experiential Fleet Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, Audio, Visual, Lighting, Control & Experiential Technologies and be able to develop and execute proactive maintenance projects, configure and deploy hardware and software infrastructures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving and root cause analysis of issues escalated from Tier 3 Incident/Response & Tier 2 Site Operations Teams, identifying patterns in technical issues escalated across the fleet and developing projects to deploy appropriate solutions globally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Unix, Windows & Mac based operating systems
  • Familiarity with enterprise level network switches & routers
  • Knowledge of advanced signal flow for audio, video, lighting, network, and control
  • Ability to create detailed documentation & project proposals
  • Flexibility to continuously teach and be taught new technologies and workflows
