Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our operational efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and owning dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide visibility into operational performance.
- Visibility Enhancement: Develop and own dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers to provide insight into key metrics such as attendance, trials, hygiene audits, escalations, and others.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and implement process improvements.
- Governance Support: Provide guidance to leaders in conducting high-quality governance rituals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Action Management: Track and follow through on agreed actions, serving as the 'operations conscience' of the organization.
- Capability Building: Collaborate with teams to develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and scorecards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Support the onboarding of new leaders.
- Track and follow through on agreed actions.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process improvement and change management, are also essential.
