Job Title: Bid Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead proposal development for federal government contracts, particularly IT-focused projects.

About the Role:

  • Leverage expertise in developing winning bids for U.S. federal government contracts.

  • Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.

  • Stay current with federal acquisition regulations, IT industry trends, and agency-specific IT requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing for U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards.

Tools Proficiency:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for proposal drafting.
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro for document editing.
  • SharePoint or Google Workspace for IT team collaboration.
  • Proposal software (e.g., Privia, Qvidian) for managing IT proposal workflows.
  • Project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) for tracking IT project bids.
