Job Title: Enterprise Banking Ambassador

As an ambassador for enterprise banking, you will be responsible for delivering financial solutions that cater to the evolving needs of business customers. This role requires a deep understanding of customer requirements and a passion for building strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of credit assessment, account management, and portfolio growth strategies. They will also possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with branch teams and stakeholders.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a superior working relationship with business banking partners, driving cross-leveraging and synergy optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new customers for enterprise banking through targeted marketing initiatives and sales strategies.
  • Manage and grow existing customer portfolios by continuously monitoring accounts, renewals, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improve service efficiency.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform business development and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability in sales planning, marketing strategy, and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, credit assessment, and title-security documents.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation from any discipline is required; a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
