Account Director/Group Account Manager - Events & BTL Marketing

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering account strategy and event programs for multiple clients. Your key responsibility will be to maintain day-to-day client contact with key accounts in the BTL and events domain. You will work collaboratively with your account team and the Group Account Manager to define, plan, implement, and evaluate client account strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining day-to-day client contact with key accounts on BTL and events
  • Working collaboratively with your account team and the GAM to define, plan, implement, and evaluate client account strategies
  • Preparing for and leading client and internal account meetings, following up with notes and actions ensuring attendees are held accountable
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills meeting client and account deadlines
  • Reviewing client accounts regularly and identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiencies, improvement, and value for money

Required Skills And Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience and a proven track record of business development and account management responsibility
  • Customer-centric focus with a strong desire to deliver and exceed expectations
  • Previous experience in leading and managing a team both physically and remotely
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to liaise with all stakeholders and present information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
