Job Description:As a Sales Associate, you will be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility. You will generate leads and onboard D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates. Additionally, you will set up and manage weekend booths, maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and onboard D2C clients, Local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, including corporates.
  • Set up and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presence.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in Excel.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Prior experience as a nutritionist/Dietitian with experience in interacting with clients/customers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data
  • Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently
  • Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed
