Job Title: Ayurvedic Specialist

About Us:

We are an innovative direct-to-consumer hair care brand that offers a holistic treatment for individuals dealing with hair loss. Our personalized consultations help identify the root cause of hair fall and we provide a range of products curated from Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition.

Our Approach:

We diagnose the patient's hair & health history to identify the root cause behind hair fall and deliver customized hair kits directly to their doorstep. Our strong adherence system, via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, guides the customer across their hair growth journey and helps them stay on track.

Vision:

We aim to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatize it while empathizing with the customers who face an emotional and psychological impact. We combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.

About the Role:

This role involves providing virtual consultations to patients with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.
  • Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and established lines of treatment.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.
  • Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.
  • Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups in the system.
  • Escalate complex cases to dermatologists or other specialists as required for further evaluation.

Requirements:

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid medical registration/license (if applicable).
