Job Title: Director - Program Management

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Management Director to lead cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and delivering strategic objectives. This key role will oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive program workplans, fostering collaboration across markets and project teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a detailed program workplan, aligning with business strategy and market needs.
  2. Conduct regular check-ins with initiative and market representatives to ensure plan accuracy and effectiveness.
  3. Establish and facilitate resource forecasting processes, ensuring accurate planning and resourcing across the program.
  4. Identify and communicate strategic insights from integrated plans, optimizing timelines and resourcing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 15 years of overall experience, with 8+ years in project or program management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Planview, Jira, Smartsheet's).
  • Ability to maintain workplans across initiatives and geographies.
  • Skilled in deriving strategic insights from plans and forecasting models.
  • Experience in resource management and capacity planning.
  • Effective communicator with ability to customize messaging for varying audiences.
