Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery from technical design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Optimize for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and discussions.

Requirements:

Must Haves
  • 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern ecosystems.
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
  • Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  • A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with server-side rendering.
  • Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing, and analytics integration.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
