About The Role:
  • Provide end-to-end procurement support to sourcing and category teams in India and the US.
  • Support creation and management of requests for proposal (RFP) process, including detailed external supply market analysis, internal demand assessment, RFP design and creation, system setup and administration, RFP analysis, supplier evaluation scorecards, and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Execute and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) or contracts to drive savings and reduce risk on assigned sourcing categories by working with various stakeholders and leaders.
  • Manage business relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including routine enhancements to agreements, communication of demand/volume changes, updating contracts, and sharing user feedback.
  • Create and manage dashboards and track relevant metrics for specified categories.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a relevant field.
  • 0-2 years relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, or finance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and people skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, thorough, and professional.
  • Works well in high-paced cross-functional environments.
