Job Title: Enterprise Observability Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned expert to design and implement cutting-edge observability solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy scalable observability architectures using OpenTelemetry, metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Design and build custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools using Python and other languages.
  • Implement intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk.
  • Manage event streaming pipelines with Kafka and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Deploy and monitor observability components in Kubernetes environments.
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
  • Drive DevOps maturity assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML (Flask/Node.js a plus).
  • Knowledge of databases (Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with storage systems (NetApp, VMAX, Pure, PMAX).
  • Strong exposure to monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment experience.
