SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Specialist

Seeking a seasoned expert to design, implement, and integrate end-to-end sourcing processes within SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems. Key responsibilities include implementing and supporting SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects, leading the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensuring smooth integration with ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  • Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
