Job Overview:

This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in our organization's development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to team members, analyzing complex problems, and designing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of application enhancements.
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements.
  • Provide technical support, including release implementations, on-call, and 24x7 support when necessary.
  • Perform work in compliance with all IT standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners, and management.

Desirable Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in Java/Spring development.
  • Exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps tools like Git, Gradle.
  • Knowledge of Cloud is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry.

Key Skills:

  • Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have strong communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge in Python is an added advantage.
