Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Platform Engineer with 12+ years of experience to join our team.

This role will play a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining internal platforms and tools that enable software development teams to work efficiently and effectively.

  • Design and oversee implementation of Windows Server solutions including Configuration Manager (SCCM), Group Policy, and CIS-based security hardening
  • Define and enforce best practices for patch management, server software deployment, and disk space remediation
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering, including SCCM, Active Directory, and GPO.
  • Proficient in Ansible automation, especially in writing playbooks and roles for patching, reporting, and orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle and remediation planning.
  • Experience in administering Group policy and Active Directory for server management, access control and compliance enforcement.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive automation and process improvements to reduce toil and increase reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with CIS benchmarks and internal security standards
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing risks and inefficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge in AWS and Azure Infrastructure, scripting languages like Python, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. A strong problem-solving, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills is a must.
About the Role

This position requires a deep understanding of Windows Server solutions, including SCCM, Group Policy, and CIS-based security hardening.
