Project Accountant Leader

Position Overview:

The Project Accountant Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial integrity and success of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of accounting operations and cash management, guaranteeing timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Produce periodic financial reports and maintain comprehensive controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the construction draw process, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage yearly audit and tax compliance processes, providing essential information for informed decision-making.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to protect company interests.
  • Provide critical financial insights to support business growth and development.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize Yardi Property and Accounting software usage.

Requirements:

  • CA/CPA with 7-8 years of experience in real estate/construction industry, possessing strong analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • Highly organized individual with excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams towards common objectives.
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
