Job Title: Luxury Real Estate Ambassador

  • We seek a charismatic and polished professional to serve as the face of our luxury real estate development.
  • The ideal candidate will warmly welcome prospective clients during their property visits, ensuring a seamless, memorable, and high-standard experience that reflects the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming prospective clients warmly and making them feel valued and comfortable.
  • Host clients during site/property visits, maintaining a luxury standard of service.
  • Provide accurate project information to clients and direct their queries to the appropriate sales team.
  • Coordinate with teams to prepare for client visits (refreshments, site readiness, meeting arrangements).
  • Ensure all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards and maintain elegant reception/hosting areas.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments effectively.
  • Handle client requests professionally, discreetly, and with a service-first mindset.
  • Assist in organizing and supporting customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
  • Collect initial feedback from clients and share insights with relevant teams.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A warm, approachable personality with a service-driven attitude.
