Senior Financial Analyst
About the Role
We seek a highly skilled financial professional to lead our financial management, investment advisory, and infrastructure finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial feasibility studies and discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis for large-scale projects
- Develop and review in-depth financial models to support strategic decisions
- Provide expert due diligence and advisory support for infrastructure, real estate, and public-private partnership (PPP) projects
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for clients across sectors such as real estate, transport, aviation, and social infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure deals and financing strategies for complex infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Financial Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Certifications: CFA, FMVA, or AFM (Advanced Financial Modelling) preferred
Experience & Skills
- Strong track record in financial feasibility, discounted cash flow, valuation, due diligence, and investment advisory
- Proven expertise in financial modelling and infrastructure finance
- Experience in PPP and aviation projects is a premium add-on
