A Lead Conversational AI Developer role is available at our organization.

Job Description

Our company is looking for an enthusiastic developer to lead the development of cutting-edge voice AI systems and intelligent agents. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments and proficiency in API design. Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools are also a plus.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments
  • Proficiency in API design
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools
  • Hands on experience with large language models, prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools
  • Familiarity with vector databases
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs
