We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team in building innovative applications leveraging cutting-edge technology.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, enabling our application to deliver accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using both generative AI and curated datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop RAG-based workflows for contextual understanding of data.
  • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with vector databases and retrieval systems.
  • Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets.
  • Fine-tune AI models for Question Answering (QA) in collaboration with domain experts.
  • Design prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution.
  • Evaluate and test AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and Healthcare AI ethics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and LLM architectures.
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
