About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our validation team in the development of cutting-edge wireless communication technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, owning the validation strategy for our SoCs and subsystems, setting up world-class labs and automation frameworks, collaborating with global teams, and driving end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing validation team to drive innovation and excellence in our products.
  • Oversight of the validation strategy for our Wi-R SoCs and subsystems to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Establish and maintain state-of-the-art labs and automation frameworks to streamline our testing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure seamless execution and effective problem-solving.
  • Lead end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation to deliver defect-free products that meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips.
  • Strong expertise in lab operations, including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and probes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++ for automation and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling engineering teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies.
