Renal Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Renal Specialist to join our healthcare team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic kidney diseases, providing treatment plans tailored to individual patients' needs.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and performing dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, providing pre- and post-kidney transplant care, conducting patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements for the role include an MBBS degree from a recognized medical college, followed by an MD (General Medicine) and DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute. Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, providing personalized treatment plans.
  • Oversee and perform dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide pre- and post-kidney transplant care, coordinating patient care throughout the transplant process.
  • Conduct patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management, addressing patients' concerns and monitoring progress over time.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Cardiology, Critical Care, Urology, Endocrinology, and others, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
  • MD (General Medicine) and DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Renal Specialist based in Belgaum, India.
