We're seeking a seasoned Community Manager to spearhead this endeavor, working closely with our team to craft an inclusive ecosystem that inspires growth, creativity, and meaningful interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop city-based WhatsApp groups, creator clubs, and interest-based channels that spark engagement and conversation.
  • Curate hyperlocal hubs, supporting events, creators, and contributors across various categories, fostering a sense of belonging among members.
  • Build and maintain a calendar of offline meetups, pop-ups, club events, and Cityscope-powered gatherings that bring people together.
  • Develop innovative rituals, challenges, and activities that keep members inspired and invested in their communities.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful community-building initiatives, with a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and English.
  • A passion for community-led initiatives, with a deep understanding of what drives engagement and participation.
