Senior AI/ML Model Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead our team of engineers and data scientists.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. • Clean Code & Development: The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with clean code principles and be able to develop maintainable Python code for building robust machine learning systems. Experience in developing efficient algorithms for complex tasks would also be beneficial.
• Model Engineering: As a model engineer, you'll be responsible for efficiently designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and end-to-end solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Your expertise will focus on large-scale data processing and deployment strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with various technical teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of AI/ML projects by facilitating open communication channels across departments and ensuring clear expectations. Proficiency in agile methodologies is essential for adapting to project requirements and resources.
• Data Science Lifecycle: As part of your responsibilities, you'll implement end-to-end data science processes that include data preprocessing, exploratory analysis, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. If you're well-versed in R or other programming languages beyond Python, your versatility would make you an asset to our team.
• Database Management: We seek candidates with advanced SQL skills who can proficiently design databases, create indexes, join tables, manipulate data, and execute complex queries efficiently. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB is also a plus.
• API Development: We're looking for candidates with experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks such as Flask and Django. Your strong understanding of API security best practices ensures data protection and overall system integrity.
• Debugging & Optimization: Diagnose issues and optimize existing code for improved performance by employing software development tools such as profiling, benchmarking, and source-level debuggers.
• Agile Methodologies: Strong Agile knowledge enables collaboration among cross-functional teams to adapt quickly to changing needs and requirements while consistently delivering high-quality products.
• LLM & RAG Implementation: Implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques in production-ready models for seamless deployment. Fine-tune these models to improve overall performance metrics.
• Model Validation & Evaluation: Use statistical analysis and performance metrics to refine models based on experiment results from training, validation, and testing phases.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure AI/ML solutions adhere to industry standards and regulations by maintaining optimal data privacy and adhering to compliance policies for regulatory bodies.
