Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee financial operations and drive organizational growth.

  • Accounting expertise, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic planning.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Sustain a high-performing accounting function in line with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and finalize comprehensive financial reports, including Balance Sheet, P&L Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Manage investments, mutual funds, and securities to optimize returns and minimize risks.
  • Ensure accurate bank reconciliations, foreign payments, and BG (Bank Guarantee) management.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Evaluate and implement GST registration, amendments, and invoicing processes.
  • Maintain accurate ITC reconciliation with suppliers' returns (GSTR-2B).
  • Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C within stipulated deadlines.
  • Coordinate e-invoicing and e-way bills as per GST requirements.
  • Ensure GST compliance for imports, exports, LUT filing, and refunds.
  • Collaborate with auditors for GST audit and respond to notices/assessments from authorities.
Taxation & Risk Management
  • Evaluate and manage TDS, Advance Income Tax, and other tax liabilities.
  • Monitor advance tax payments and ensure timely compliance.
  • Liaise with auditors and consultants for statutory audits and tax assessments.
Financial Planning
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
  • Implement process improvements for financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Income Tax.
  • Expertise in Mutual Funds, Securities, and Investment Accounting.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience in foreign payments, bank reconciliation, BGs/PBGs.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
