Our GROW program aims to bridge the gap between skilled human resources and industry demands through a 60-day training program in Core Employability Skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude. Participants receive placement opportunities after completing the program.

Role Summary:

This key role involves establishing a state-of-the-art Livelihood Skilling center for Youth and serving as a strategic partner to various stakeholders within a defined geographical area. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in planning, strategizing, and executing the livelihood skilling program (GROW Youth) with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and tracking results.

Responsibilities:
  • Establishing the center to serve youth, including planning and implementing outreach activities, assessing youth needs, ensuring quality training delivery by trainers, employer networking, center administration, and overall team coordination.
  • Preparing quarterly budgets for center activities and executing plans to ensure economic viability and institutional feasibility.
  • Developing an outreach plan to raise awareness in the community, ensure execution of all outreach activities, and maximize enrollments at the center.
  • Engaging agencies to manage outreach implementation and mobilization activities as required.
  • Leading counseling sessions for Youth to identify aspirations and expectations and complete the enrollment process.
  • Executing training activities at the center according to the training calendar.
  • Monitoring training activities to ensure quality training to youth.
  • Collecting feedback from aspirants periodically to improve quality of training and center upkeep.
  • Ensuring pre and post-assessment processes for aspirants to provide them with relevant job opportunities.
  • Building relationships with local employers, converting them into panel employers to ensure continuous job opportunities to the aspirants.
  • Converting job roles into relevant formats.
  • Reviewing the performance of trainers and Center associates, providing constructive feedback for their performance improvement.
  • Capacity building of Center associates to ensure smooth functioning of the center.
  • Maintaining connection with Youth throughout their life cycle, ensuring post-placement connect with the aspirants.
  • Ensuring that all relevant information like Youth enrollment, fee collection, placements is updated in the IT platform by the Center associate.
  • Ensuring branding and upkeep of the center according to guidelines from Headquarters.
  • Participating in the hiring and selection process of Center associates & Trainers.
  • Working towards improving the functioning of the center based on inputs received from Quality Assurance and Excellence teams.
