Job Title: Community Development Specialist

The role of the Support CSR Officer is to provide support in the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects at Mines. This includes managing various initiatives and programs aimed at improving the health, nutrition, and overall well-being of communities in our operational area.

  • Implementation of CSR projects focusing on Health, Nutrition Programme, Anaemia amelioration, PM Nikshaya Poshan, Maternal And Child Care, WASH and Waste Management, Sustainable Livelihood
  • Implementing livelihood game-changing projects such as Millet Cultivation, Wadi, Entrepreneurship and Skilling, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Women Empowerment, FPO of Women SHGs, Water Conservation, Education
  • Supporting community development through Aditya Vidya Mandir, Anganwadi, Mini Science Centre, Pustakalaya, Girl Child Education, Support to Schools, Career Counselling and Coaching, Infrastructure
  • Ensuring safety and promoting social causes through Rural Sports Promotion, Cultural Promotion, National Heritage, Social Awareness, Baseline, Impact Assessments, Awards
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CSR initiatives and programs for improving health, nutrition, and overall well-being of communities
  • Implement sustainable livelihood projects including millet cultivation, wadi, entrepreneurship, and skilling
  • Support community development through educational institutions, healthcare services, and infrastructure development
  • Ensure safety and promote social causes through sports promotion, cultural promotion, and awareness programs
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, community development, or business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community development, project management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
