  • This key position involves collaborating closely with Sales and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with business objectives.
  • Leadership of complex opportunities requires a hands-on approach to support RFPs, solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and more, showcasing the value proposition.
  • The successful individual will provide consultative guidance during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, solution scalability, and return on investment.
  • Guidance and support will be provided to clients throughout their decision-making journey, leveraging expertise to drive maximum value from proposed solutions.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Driving pre-sales strategy in alignment with business objectives necessitates close collaboration with the Global Head – Presales & Solution Consulting.
  • Leading initiatives to continuously improve the Presales Centre of Excellence requires integrating best practices.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitive insights guides solution strategy and positioning.

Client Advisory:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders involves offering insights into best practices and industry trends.
  • Identifying opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization, followed by proposing long-term transformation strategies for clients.
  • Providing advice on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Closely collaborating with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams ensures seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Providing critical client feedback to these teams helps refine product and content roadmaps.
  • Working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing, farming, and retention strategies.

Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborating with Customer Success team to understand client engagement dynamics and creating compelling case studies articulating delivered value.
  • Articulating ROI delivered by Beroe's solutions through representative scenarios for strategic accounts.
  • Leading creation of industry-specific solution pitches to bring contextualization in the value proposition.
