We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Outsourcing Manager to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our outsourcing team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and facilitating the resolution of issues and conflicts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Manage relationships with vendors, including scheduling meetings, organizing workflows, and facilitating communication.
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables from vendors, including review and approval of documents.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues and conflicts between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with project teams to develop RFPs and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring fair and competitive terms.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
