Clinical Outsourcing Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Outsourcing Manager to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves supporting the development of templates, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors and the company.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Schedule, organize, and facilitate kickoff meetings with vendors.
• Participate in team meetings with vendors.
• Support project teams to assure quality and timeliness of deliverables through outsourcing.
• Monitor and manage relationships with contracted vendors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in clinical outsourcing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
