Lawyer Position in Litigation

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lawyer to join our Litigation team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting, research, and court appearances, along with strong analytical skills. They will be required to draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents, conduct legal research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs, appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, assist in strategy formulation and case preparation, liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress, and ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Drafting & Research: Strong drafting and legal research skills, knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures.
  • Communication & Client Handling: Effective communication and client-handling skills.
  • Time Management & Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred.
