Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems
  • Developing Reports using BI Publisher
  • Performing data conversion using HDL
  • Developing fast formulas
  • Having a functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR
  • Understanding the Redwood framework
  • Understanding Journey configuration
  • Performing Page personalizations and customizations using VBS
  • Migrating existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
  • Developing integrations using REST APIs
  • Nice to have OIC development skills & experience
  • Nice to have VB development skills & experience
  • Preparing and submitting technical documentation
  • Participating in requirement collection discussion with business
  • Managing integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Providing training and support to business users
  • Working closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective
  • Collaborating with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
    • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus
