Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Design Lead to oversee the development of industrial projects and data center designs. This individual will lead a team of architects and engineers in creating innovative, efficient, and sustainable designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement architectural design strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs within tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Conduct site visits and assess existing conditions to inform design decisions

Our ideal candidate has 14+ years of experience in industrial projects and 4+ years in data center design. They possess excellent domain knowledge of master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings. Additionally, they have hands-on experience with 3D platforms like Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

Requirements:
  • B.Arch degree from a recognized university
  • Registered with COA (Council of Architecture)
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Revit
  • Strong communication and project management skills

As a Senior Architectural Design Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and preparing various design options that meet the Uptime Institutes Tier standard. You will also plan and guide a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM models meeting LOD 100-400 requirements. Furthermore, you will review and ensure quality control on the model, guiding the modelers in extracting layouts from the 3D model.
