We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM & Intune specialist to fill this critical role. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of managed devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all managed devices secure by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and monthly third-party applications.
  • Develop Windows 10 images and support the deployment of images for both new installations and re-imaged devices.
  • Manage Windows 10 images lifecycle by maintaining the Windows 10 images up-to-date with OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/addition/removal.
  • Utilize SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services that have integrations embedded into the SCCM console, such as Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, Microsoft Defender, and support any new and useful integration.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM, Intune.
  • Show a deep understanding of various Imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
  • Possess excellent working knowledge of the following within SCCM 2016: Create/import applications and packages, Develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch), Handle test and release of applications and patches using SCCM, Knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit all Levels.

This role requires a strong understanding of SCCM and Intune, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
