We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Origination System Administrator to play a key role in ensuring seamless system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

This critical position is responsible for managing and customizing the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS), including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in managing and customizing the Encompass LOS, with strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

You will collaborate with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality, maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology, and ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

To be successful in this role, you must ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies, and support audits and system usage reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration & Customization: Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • System Maintenance & Upgrades: Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology, monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.
  • Integration Management: Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking), ensure data integrity and security across platforms.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies, support audits and system usage reviews.
