Job Title: Order Management and Billing Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India (Remote not considered)

Language: Japanese (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate order processing and billing activities for contracts
  • Supervise and manage daily tasks of the customer service team, overseeing:
    • Obtain and review legal agreements for completeness of terms and conditions for maintenance billing
    • Maintain equipment databases and process updates, additions, and cancellations
    • Invoice that covers invoice preferences and validation of revenue recognition criteria triggering invoices in the system
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Perform reconciliations and reporting, including monthly verification of revenue data, providing corrections, and clarifications of reported results
  • Archive and retain records according to company policies and practices
  • Provide internal and external audit support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in order management and billing, preferably within a global or multinational company
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved at different levels of the process
  • Dedication and accountability
  • High sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outsourced exposure or experience
  • Global/multi-country experience
  • Analytical skills

Working knowledge of:

  • Japanese language (Mandatory)
