**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Industrial OT Technology Expert to join our Global Digital Technology team at McCain Foods (India) P Ltd in Gurgaon, India. As a key member of our Operations Technology department, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and securing OT infrastructures and solutions across our global plants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience delivering ICS/OT solutions in a process environment. A working knowledge of cyber security concepts, practices, and frameworks is essential, as well as experience with Rockwell Automation solutions and project management tools.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and implement OT infrastructure solutions to support business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain OT standards and best practices
  • Lead projects to deliver large-scale OT solutions, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members

**Requirements**

  • Post-secondary degree in Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in ICS/OT delivering solutions in a process environment
  • Cyber security experience in asset management, threat detection, and vulnerability management in an ICS/OT environment
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including segmentation, VLANs, switching, routing, firewalls, and ICS protocols
  • Experience with Claroty SRA, SQL server, and related tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot PLC code and configure, manage, and troubleshoot redundant FactoryTalk View SE applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse teams
