We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating designs and implementing innovative ideas across various digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
  • Conceptualize and design branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals.
  • Adhere to client brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the latest design trends and able to advocate for them within the team. They will provide unique and innovative design solutions to clients and effectively communicate their ideas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In Design, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
  • Candidate must have creative agency background with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums.
  • Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade.
