Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage a diverse group of experts, including Peer Review Editors, Content Writers, and Video Production staff, to ensure seamless publishing operations.
  • Oversee Manuscript Workflow: Coordinate the complete manuscript lifecycle, guaranteeing timeliness, quality, and adherence to journal standards.
  • Identify Process Bottlenecks: Analyze workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce publication timelines.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor emerging technologies and best practices to optimize workflows, enhance author experience, and drive business growth.

We Seek a Leader with:

  • A Master's or Ph.D. in life sciences.
  • 10+ years of experience in academic, scientific publishing, or edtech content production, specializing in managing publication workflows.
  • 7+ years of proven management experience.
  • Strong understanding of peer review, open access trends, and evolving scientific publishing models.
