Battery Management System Architect

As a seasoned professional in energy storage applications, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge Battery Management System (BMS) hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect BMS hardware systems for energy storage domains
  • Ensure state-of-the-art designs, layouts, compliance, EMI-EMC aspects
  • Deliver high-quality modules/systems on-time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 12-14 years of experience in developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS
  • Strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs
  • Familiarity with Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries (UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730)
  • Knowledge of PCB layout constraints and Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries
  • Experience with simulation tools (P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad), FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Sensing Technologies, and hardware peripherals
