About the Role:

As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our agritech platform. The platform connects farmers directly to consumers through three dedicated frontend apps.

We're looking for an experienced frontend engineer who can take end-to-end ownership of modern, impactful products and drive innovation in UI/UX.

  • Develop, architect, and maintain all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer) with a focus on code quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly deliver new features and champion best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers to uphold development excellence and advocate for automated testing, accessibility, and usability.
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX by quickly prototyping and implementing the latest technologies for frictionless user journeys.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development.
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI).
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD).
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration.
