Senior Frontend Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned frontend engineer to spearhead the development of high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create responsive web applications with optimal performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Design and implement scalable frontend systems adhering to industry best practices.
  • Migrate product requirements into robust features while maintaining engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, backend, and frontend alignment.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold coding excellence.
  • Implement SEO-friendly features and optimize page speed.
  • Troubleshoot frontend issues efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Explore new technologies and suggest improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control tools and agile software development practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or testing libraries.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
  • Prior senior-level experience within an agile development environment.
