We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI, as well as strong expertise in Core Python (OOP, data structures, design patterns). You should also be proficient in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB), and have experience with async IO, concurrency, and performance optimization.

  • Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and application modules.
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and security best practices.
  • Work with async programming for performance-critical services.
  • Manage background jobs and distributed task queues.

You will collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver features and ensure the quality of our products. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and communicate effectively with your colleagues.

Required Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Django (ORM, middleware, application architecture).
  • Proven experience with FastAPI for building async APIs.
  • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and WebSockets.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis/MongoDB).
  • Experience with async IO, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of GraphQL (Graphene, Ariadne, or Strawberry).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Exposure to monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
