Design AI-First Interfaces for Clinikk

Clinikk is revolutionizing healthcare and insurance in India. As a Lead Product Designer, you will craft end-to-end design solutions for AI-first interfaces that empower doctors to deliver personalized care.

This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

  • Develop strategic design solutions that align with Clinikk's mission to bring integrated healthcare and insurance to millions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists, and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses and ensure successful execution.
  • Explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Own the design craft from low-fidelity sketches to polished UI and micro-interactions, ensuring accessibility and compliance with medical and insurance regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have

  • 4+ years of experience in product/interaction design, preferably in consumer or enterprise tech.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, systems thinking, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple interfaces.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies, such as AI and decision-support systems, and how they can transform healthcare.
