Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Solutions Architect with expertise in Requirements Engineering to join our team at Infineon Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with global business owners and stakeholders to gather, assess, and consolidate user requirements into IT solution proposals and solutions.
* Provide functional and business consulting for applications within the Requirements Management domain of Infineon R&D.
* Support the definition of the business roadmap for the Requirements Engineering domain.

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of working experience in IT or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Product Owner.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
* Experience in the Requirements Engineering domain is preferred, particularly with tools like Jama or CodeBeamer.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, web applications, containerized applications (Docker or OpenShift), database technologies (MS SQL), and application scalability, stability, and performance engineering.
* Excellent coordination and leadership skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
