Business Partner: Talent and Performance Specialist

This role involves the management of performance cycles to ensure that employees are performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage performance management cycles to drive business outcomes.
  • Career Development: Facilitate career conversations, regular manager-individual catch-ups, performance reviews, and feedback to support employee growth.
  • Compensation and Promotion: Manage compensation, correction, and promotion cycles to reward and retain top talent.
  • Employee Experience: Evaluate new joiner and leaver experiences for future referrals and rejoining opportunities.
  • Retention Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to improve employee retention, including timely conversation with departing employees and reporting reasons internally.
  • HRIS Optimization: Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) portal to streamline data management and analytics.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and report on HR data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • HR Strategies: Apply HR theories to develop effective HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in core HR functions, including performance management, talent development, and compensation.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: Understanding of HR theories and best practices, ability to partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams, and experience in planning and executing engagement activities.
