As a leader in employee health and benefits, you will play a key role in assessing and enhancing client programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client employee health and benefits programs, including strategic design, vendor partnerships, and cost management.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to improve benefits offerings, enhance employee engagement, and control costs.
  • Analyze industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to current clients.
  • Participate in prospecting opportunities with new clients as part of a broader sales team.
  • Collaborate with other teams for Client RFP, Plan Renewal, and Implementation processes.
  • Coordinate project plans, periodic presentations, and benchmark survey data for client plans.

You will work closely with our team to develop long-term benefit strategies, foster strong client relationships, and build trust as a trusted advisor.

Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills, effective communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

A postgraduate or actuarial degree, preferably in the insurance industry, is required. You should also have experience working with health insurance policies.
