Data Engineer Opportunity

Are you a skilled data engineer looking for a challenging role? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Databricks & Apache Spark (PySpark).

  • Data Pipeline Development: You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Databricks & Apache Spark (PySpark) to ensure efficient data processing and storage.
  • Data Integration: You will integrate data from various sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization: You will optimize data processing workflows for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaboration: You will work with data architects, analysts, and product owners to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: You will monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Azure Synapse/Databricks & Apache Spark: Proficiency in Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Apache Spark for data pipeline development.
  • PySpark and SQL: Strong PySpark and SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
  • Delta Live Tables and Databricks Workflows: Familiarity with Delta Live Tables and Databricks workflows for data processing.
  • ETL Tools and Processes: Experience with ETL tools and processes for data integration.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Synapse and 5 years of experience in data engineering.
