Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product support type roles, preferably in escalations teams.
  • Experience working as L3 escalation engineer handling complex customer issues.
  • Software development experience with Java technologies.
  • Good understanding and working experience with MySQL, MariaDB, RDBMS, and database concepts.
  • Experience with Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issues.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a team player attitude.
  • Scripting, Splunk, network troubleshooting, REST API troubleshooting, query database.
