Job Title: Lead Interaction Designer

To excel in this role, you will lead a team of designers in creating innovative and user-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership and training on UI/UX design principles and best practices to the team.
  • Manage a group of 4-5 designers and provide guidance on project execution.
  • Effectively communicate with different departments, including BD, Developers, and Project Managers.
  • Lead regular creative sessions and foster an environment of learning among team members.
  • Create user-centered designs by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor products, features, and industry trends to incorporate into the design process.
  • Perform UI/UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize customer/user experience.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in core UI UX with ability to manage a team.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Back-end Development logics, and SEO.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
