Technical Account Specialists are seasoned professionals responsible for managing all the technical aspects of client relationships.

This role acts as a trusted advisor to deliver the ultimate client experience through top-notch technical service.

The primary goal is to strengthen client relationships and boost overall client satisfaction in the technical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand clients' operations, monitor support needs, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve availability.

Provide exceptional technical knowledge, support, and services to clients.

Take ownership of technical responsibilities for proposed solutions and collaborate with the service operations team.

Identify new opportunities based on technical understanding of client needs.

Share insights about clients' environments with Client Managers, Client Success Managers, or Service Architects and contribute to upselling.

Improve mean-time-to-repair, aid future downtime avoidance, and assist clients in extracting maximum value from covered assets.

Enhance overall service performance through reduced incident volume and faster incident resolution.

Lead root cause analysis of problems and document them in problem tickets.

Analyze the impact of technical changes made to clients' environments.

Schedule and chair monthly technical reviews with clients.

Work on diverse scope problems requiring analysis of identifiable factors.

Resolve and assess a wide range of issues creatively and suggest alternative approaches.

Perform additional related tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.

Excellent client service orientation and passion for achieving or exceeding expectations.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to plan activities and projects well in advance and adapt to changing circumstances.

Positive attitude and ability to work hard when necessary.

Active listening techniques such as paraphrasing, probing, and refraining from interrupting.

Adaptability and ability to place clients at the forefront of interactions.

Avid learner of new technologies and current expertise in various IT areas.

Ability to code/develop for general automation.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology/Computing or related field.

ITIL certification highly desirable.

Experience and Requirements:

Seasoned demonstrated experience required in diagnosis and troubleshooting, handling TAC, and technical documentation in Technical Account Manager roles within global IT organizations.

Seasoned experience in management agent, redundancy concepts, remote console architecture, and products within supported technical domains.

Experience in coding/development for general automation.
